About the Liberty Family

We are a small kennel, reputable preservation breeder and home to some very special dogs. For nearly two decades, we've owned and produced some of the finest American Staffordshire Terriers for show, sport and as loving family companions.

We're proud to call ourselves home to multiple champions and grand champions, best in specialty and best in show winners, performance titled and working dogs. While sports fuel the passion, our dogs are loved and kept as family members first and foremost.

We believe type is timeless. A number of historical greats have played a role in building the very special and exclusive breeding program we have today. We are passionate about preserving the versatility and integrity of this breed by producing healthy, mentally and physically sound dogs that remain true to the breed standard.

Breeding healthy dogs is our priority. Genetic health testing is completed with the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, PennHip and Embark. We test hips, elbows, heart, thyroid, patellas, eyes, ataxia and a number of other disorders and traits.

Our program strives to produce well-adjusted, confident Am Staffs to share with other enthusiasts, breeders and pet homes alike. Our pups are always raised indoors as part of the family and receive only the very best care and preparation for their new homes and life adventures.
